Manage all associated clients administration
Provide administrative support to Operations, Finance and Sales team
Manage Bullhorn software processes and compliances
Prepare weekly new hire team report and submit to UK for review
Monitor staff attendance and submit to HR monthly
Assist with implementation of office policies and procedures
Track and return signed new hire paperwork, Incentives plans and reviews to HR Manager
Updating and maintaining Placement List
Coordinate with Clients & Contractors for their query.
Bechtel (client) Routine Coordinating with Contractors and Management
Prepare Open house communication session for Bechtel contractors
Coordinating with Maternity leaves taken contractors for their rejoining the office
Taking care of all Medical related issues with Insurance Agency
Meeting attending with Client
Prepare offer letter for new joining
Coordinating with HDFC bank for Account Opening for New Joinees.
Taking care of New Joining accommodation like PC, seat, stationary, admin support, bullhorn training, phone number assign, guide them to the process etc
Always giving backend Support to Staff (India Staff)
Prepare Candidate joining List
Prepare Active Client List.
Post interview follow-up till the requirement is filled up & the candidate joined.
Taking care of all Reimbursement like Relocation/Travel Ticket/Petty Cash/Service Tax, etc
Working hours – 9.30am to 6pm
Alternative saturday off
Only female candidate required
Good communication skill required
